Dear Sunland Park Academy Parents and Guardians,

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! It is both a privilege and an honor to serve as the Principal of Sunland Park Academy. I am proud to celebrate our continued success as an A-rated school and excited to begin another year focused on excellence. This year, we are striving to earn our third consecutive "A" rating, and our school theme, "Lights, Camera, AAActions!", reflects our commitment to taking purposeful action every day as we work toward that goal.

At Sunland Park Academy, we believe that every student has the potential to achieve great things. Our dedicated teachers and staff are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where students are challenged, supported, and inspired to reach their highest potential. Together, we will continue to build on our tradition of academic excellence while fostering leadership, creativity, and a love of learning.

A strong partnership between home and school is one of the greatest contributors to student success. I encourage you to remain actively involved in your child's education by maintaining open communication with teachers, participating in school events, and supporting learning at home. Dear Conure Parents, Students, Staff, and Community,

Welcome to the 2026 - 2027 school year. I am excited to welcome both our returning families and those joining the Sunland Park Academy community for the first time. It is an honor serve as your Intern Principal and to be part of a school where students are challenged to learn, encouraged to grow, and celebrated for their achievements.

This year, our theme, "Lights, Camera, AAActions!", reminds us that success is built through the choices we make each day. Every act of kindness, every goal accomplished, every challenge overcome, and every opportunity to learn helps move us closer to our shared goal of earning a third consecutive 'A' rating. Each member of our school community has an important role to play, and together we can make this our best year yet.

One of the things I enjoy most about my role is working directly with students and families. Whether celebrating accomplishments, encouraging perseverance, or helping students navigate challenges, my focus is on ensuring that every child feels supported, valued, and empowered to succeed. When students know they belong and believe in themselves, they are better prepared to reach their full potential.

Families are an essential part of that success. Your encouragement, involvement, and partnership make a lasting difference in your child's educational journey. I encourage you to stay connected with your child's teacher, participate in school events, and celebrate the learning that happens each day.
